About Joshua Williams

Joshua is an Actor, Writer, Singer and Director living and working in Leicestershire UK. Joshua has been performing since he was 8 years old and has been involved in performances such as Parade, West Side Story, Little Shop of Horrors and Lift. 

Joshua is also an accomplished screen actor and has performed in various short films throughout his career. Joshua has also written short films for various purposes and seen these come to fruition.

Joshua has sung all over the country at events hosted in London, Manchester, Birmingham and most notably he performed at the Bridegwater Hall in Manchester which has hosted some of the worlds most accomplished singers.

In 2013 Joshua launched his writing career with the release of his first book A Change of Hearts, a story about an unconvential relationship and its consequences. He will also release his next book Smash Into You in 2019. This book is about a supernatural love triangle that could have disastoorous consequences for all involved.

Joshua’s greatest accomplishment to date is On the Surface, We Smile which is wrote before its debut at Fearon Hall, Loughborough in April 2017. After a brilliant professional review and feedback from the audience Joshua re-wrote sections of the play and added new characters and this version and debuted at Melton Theatre on 6th & 7th November 2018. The play looks at secrets and how these affect us all forcing us to ask ourselves; how far would we go to keep our secrets hidden?
